Peggy, Barb and Kathy look forward to seeing you Saturday mornings.
I've been in the embroidery business for 5 years. I've always been interested in graphic design and I'm pretty crafty so I thought embroidery might be "my thing". I bought a commercial machine and started going to classes, online and in Miami and Atlanta.
My most unique asset is I can digitize. Whether a sports team or a club logo, I transform that into an embroidery format. Once done, you can add embroidery to a jacket, a cap, a towel, really almost anything.
Well first, Peggy and I are your neighbors. This means no shipping (unless you are sending something to a friend) and it's obviously "Made In America."
And by being your neighbor, that means real personalization. If you don't see what you want online, bring us some fabric to sew into one of our products or your own items to be embroidered.
That's not something they offer on Etsy.
Peggy Purvis, fellow Villager, and crafter started showing, first at the Wildwood Market in 2009. Now we share a BIG blue tent at the Brownwood Farmers Market on Saturday mornings from Sept thru June. You can browse some samples of her homemade wares right here. Besides the items shown, she has many other creative and useful handmade treasures.
And, everything made right here in the Villages.
